Our mission at Black Creek Animal Hospital is to understand your pet needs and provide accurate guidance and advice. We can help you with numerous concerns, from puppy and kitten advice to behavioural and dietary consults to end of life discussions. We can also assist with determining the urgency of a situation and deciding whether your pet requires immediate care or whether you can wait to see your regular veterinarian or alternatively provide some management at home.

  • Requirements: Apple phones and tablets (iPhone 5+, iPad 2+, iPod Touch 5+, iPad Mini) are supported using OS v11.0+ and the Safari browser is required. Older Apple iOS devices are not supported. For all other devices (PCs, Laptops, Android 4.1+), the latest versions Chrome or Firefox are the required browsers. Do not use Internet Explorer. The device must have a camera and microphone. A Wifi connection is recommended for the best experience but not required.

Sign-Up

Get started with our platform by clicking the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner. There is no fee to sign-up!

Schedule Appointment

Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and our experts typically respond in 24 hours.

Communicate with your Expert

Our unique communication system provides a high quality video chat with an expert within the browser on your phone or desktop, no app install required! If you don`t have camera, our experts will call you on the phone!

Deanna Glasgow
Veterinarian Black Creek Animal Hospital

Dr. Deanna attended the Ontario Veterinary College and first began working at the clinic in 2013. She is excited to reconnect with our clients and their pets. Dr. Deanna's special interests include animal nutrition and companion animal behaviour. Dr. Deanna is committed to providing Fear-Free and Low Stress Handling for her furry clients and is certified in both areas.

Veterinarian Black Creek Animal Hospital

Dr. Debbie Hrynkiw graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2005. Soon after graduation she moved to Acton to begin her career and has gained years of valuable experience. She loved living in Acton so much that she decided to stay locally to start a new clinic of her own. Her husband and three children are animal lovers as well and happily share their home with their dogs, Rueben and Tiberius. Outside of work she enjoys camping with her family, gardening and long strolls with her two dogs.

Veterinarian Black Creek Animal Hospital

Dr. Kristy DesRoche graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2010. She began her career in Burlington and joined our team in 2012. Kristy is an integral member of our dynamic team. Her dedication and love of animals are apparent in the care and gentleness she shows to each of her patients. Dr. Kristy recently obtained her Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. She currently lives in Milton with her husband, a daughter and two sons, and her dogs Eve and Walle.
